  1. Bridge pose strengthen your hips, core, and lower body

  2. Low lunge stretches and strengthens your hips, thighs, and groin

  3. Pigeon pose stretches and increases flexibility in your hips, psoas, glutes, and groin


Keeping these muscles strong and flexible will help improve your golf game and avoid injury. Listen to your body and modify accordingly.
