Hi, it's John. I'm a recreational golfer of average fitness level, and I'm passionate about staying in shape to improve my golf game without spending hours at the gym or trying to get "buff". Ageless Golf Fitness is my journey to helping people do the same with simple and effective workouts.

You don't need the discipline of a monk to get fit and play better golf as you age. Whether you've worked out before or are new to working out, no matter what age or stage you're at, we'll show you simple exercises to get you started. Much of what you see in workout videos is young, good-looking, ripped people. I'm none of those, but I have a desire to be the best I can be. Especially as we age, it's more and more important to take up some kind of activity. It requires some effort, but it's not as hard as you might think. Even just walking a golf course is fantastic exercise. A little bit of effort goes a long way, and the benefits are amazing: better sleep, better mood, and better overall health. We're on a fitness journey to show you what's possible when it comes to fitness, flexibility, and strength.
Our exercise videos are tailored for recreational golfers of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners. As you become stronger, you can increase your reps and weight for a more advanced workout if you wish.
